Lord Heir Garett Ingith
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good to do nothing.
Description: This elf is gifted with an imposing height founded with a muscular build. His short ashen blond hair sticking up at odd angles is the only thing capable of softening his otherwise harsh features. The glare of his pale gray eyes is intense and searching, framed as it is by white. His strong jawline may even give cause for others to call him handsome, which he is, if it weren't for how often he scowls.
Personality: The righteous fury that is wrapped so tightly around Garett's heart comes from those early memories of seeing the Host's atrocities against his people. He is angry, but his anger is very much directed at the enemies of the elves, and the evils of the world. He's not one to sugar coat his words, or his ideas. He speaks plainly, with little regard to the niceties of polite conversation. He is of course capable of being warm and experiencing joy, but tends to save the expression of such feelings for the people that are closest to him.
Background: As the son of Lythene Ingith, Garett was born during the Mortal Strife and right before the Eradication War. Coming into the world so close to the War that forced his people to flee to another continent left Garett with very few joyous memories as a child. Most of his early childhood were flashes of the atrocities committed by the Host against all the races. And then there was the journey, Garett was truly a child during the Third Migration, but he prayed to Garwen over and over to keep him safe.
The rest of his childhood was spent learning. He was the Heir to House Ingith, so there was much to learn about. His mother ensured he learned about the Faenor and the history of the family. He took that history to heart, embracing the idea of actively searching for and vanquishing evil. He took to the martial arts, and worked on conditioning his body for fighting. Being so young, he wasn't burdened by a long memory filled with a vaerity of experiences. No, his memory and the images of the Eradication War were very fresh to Garett and they helped fuel the righteous fire burning inside of him.
When he reached adulthood, he joined the Knights of the Argent Moon as a squire, and it didn't take long for him to become a knight. So far the enemy has not followed the elves to their new home, but if they ever do, Garett intends to be ready.
|Aegon||Lore Heir of Ingith who fought with Relios and I in the Free For All of 53. After Relios and I both faultered, he managed to stick it out for the win. Praise for Faenor!|
|Ellyn||The Lord Heir is a welcome addition to matters of the Conclave. He takes matters seriously and places thought and care into his words. I am impressed with his willingness to step up in the face of the most serious and grave of matters.|
|Emyrion||Nephiew-in-law; youthful, brash, prideful, ambitious. Not all bad things, necessarily. Still, it doesn't do him favours amongst the Five. It would do well to help him grow, and develop, and see future victories and successes stack up steadily.|
|Kaelyn||He seems a wise young man. He cares very much for his Goddess, Garwen. I will have to include him in my plans involving her.|
|Nassar||A Lord heir who wants to be the best fither in the world? That's someone with a goal I can get behind.|
|Seren||In a conundrum of sorts with one he cares for in desperate need of help and another slandering their name. Tempers are understandable and as much as he says he has one, all I hear are words and not action. I trust he knows that I only see a concerned individual.|
|Sylindra||The Lord Heir of Ingith is one of the more dynamic and decisive Faenor leaders. For good or ill, when he sets his mind on something it gets done. If only the rest of the Conclave were more like him, the Faenor would be in a far stronger position.|
