Opinion is usually something which people have when they lack comprehensive information.
Description: Tall and lean, Aurelian has long, shoulder-length dark brown, almost black, hair. There are small hints of silver at his temples, a symbol of his advancing years perhaps. His face has sharp, angular features that are softened somewhat by strands of his hair falling to either side of his face. His light blue eyes are piercing and stare out at the world with a scheming gaze.
Personality: Often cold and distant, Aurelian can sometimes open up and become warm and personable when he is handling his business affairs. A consumate professional, he knows when to put on a smile to charm those he is dealing with and when to be more distant to hammer out the finer details of any contracts.
Background: Born five minutes after his sister, Medeia, who seems to like to poke him about this fact as often as possible. For some reason she seems to think this annoys him, but for as much as people say twins have a connection... sometimes there are just some mysteries that will forever remain difficult to solve. Their mothers were married when the pair were just barely two hundred years old, the younger spouse being Aurelia Naevon who married Medera Geminiel, joining the house nearly seven hundred years ago.
Aurelia was a stern and severe woman who rarely showed emotions, in fact one of the few times she did was when she was reciting her work at family gatherings. Aurelian admired his mothers, but Aurelia especially had an impact on his early life. Sadly, Aurelia was not long for the world of Ithir as during Estril's Feast she was put to death as a Harbinger. This had an impact on the life of young Aurelian who became a little more withdrawn from social affairs, instead focusing on his own business and legal pursuits.
As the years went by, Aurelian made a small name of himself by working as something of a clerk for the various Senators of the Duindar Senate, digging into legal texts so one Senator could outmanuever another Senator and so on and so forth. Buying, selling and trading of different pieces of information also was something he got involved in.
When the War with the Host came, he worked as a quartermaster for the Duindar army. He wasn't a skilled soldier, but he was able to direct supplies where they needed to be, when they needed to be. Eventually he joined his kinship in making the trip over to Aarandor, where he now works to build up a new name for himself.
