Description: Golden blond hair falls in a loose, wavy bob to frame the friendly face of this soft-featured young man, only the occasional freckle marking the fair cream of his skin. His amber eyes are warm and welcoming under the curled wisp of his bangs, and the subtle pink of his lips often rests in a carefree smile. With a delicate build shaped by only a scarce trace of muscle, his slight figure moves with an easy grace, confidence natural in his stride.

(A healthy tan adds depth to the color of his skin, sparse freckles showing themselves a few shades darker from the sun. He carries the scent of ocean salts.)

Personality: Aeretheo greets the world with gentle optimism and an innocent curiosity, easing his way through life with a welcoming smile at his lips. With an inquisitive, mildly oblivious nature, he is fond of thoughtful company and deeper conversation, on a continuous journey for inspiration. With unhurried confidence, his humble, soft spoken nature finds its strength in his convictions. He is the first to step forward to the right a perceived wrong, doing so with dignity rather than venom.

Background: Aeretheo has always been a dreamer. Curious, in his own quiet way, of every-thing and every-one. Born to a master of the restorational arts, his first breaths were in the founding days of Lorawin, such tragedies as the Mortal Strife, the Eradication Wars, and the Third Migration seemingly long behind him. With all three of his elder siblings lost in the exodus before his death, his parents fully devoted themselves to his growth. He found himself apprenticed to his father from a young age, and though he showed some struggle to compare to his father's mastery of life energies, his sharp mind proved up to the task of making ends meet where his magical prowess could not. Over the course of his learning he came to have a sincere love for mercy and life, his adoration carrying into his hobbies as he sketched out detailed imagery of restored patients, plant life, and the everyday bustle of Lorawin Harbor.

He was only just nearing adulthood when the crisis of the Blood God's Fury made itself known. Even so, he was a staunch supporter of the bold High Priest Tykalos, unabashed in voicing his agreement with those who wished to see Baridon cast from his throne. Though it came as a defeat when the Kinships band together to see the god appeased, he accepted the bonds of mortality with grace, turning his eyes to the promise that they may see their strife lifted once again.

Now of age to make more substantial contributions to his House, his attention has turned toward developing his skills as an artist, though he rarely seems to find the time to do so as his responsibilities as a healer take priority.

Relationship Summary

  • Kylen - If not for being a follower of Acharon, I don't think my father would tolerate my dreams of being an artist for one second. He's not very nice, but he cares. He's taught me a lot about healing, and his name looks good on a letter of recommendation.

  • Acquaintance:
  • Wynnimir - Fun company and an absolute pleasure to be around. I'm hoping to piggyback my way into Duindar lands on his shoulders. Wonder if he'd play tour guide for me.
  • Eiliriel - Likely the artist to donate the most works to the Auction of the Waves. I appreciate her empathy and generous nature, and I'm curious to see how her style refines itself as she continues in the trade.
  • Rawlin - The High Priest has been really helpful in giving me some direction, and I appreciated his warm welcome to Loran's Faithful. He's a person I'd like to get to know a bit better.
  • Danai - A gentle woman of unspoken insight. We met only briefly during one of my streetside performances, but she left a lasting impression with the beauty of her written word.

  • Family:
  • Shakian - You don't meet many with a head as level as Cousin Shak. It's nice having someone so reliable in the family. I'm pretty well flattered by how much he likes my art.
  • Forwen - Sugar and fire all at once. I love my cousin dearly, and I greatly admire her adventurous spirit - but she seems to run a near constant risk of biting off more than she can chew.

  • Patron:
  • Wahaiya - A spirited woman that is helping me to temper myself as an artist. She's incredibly wise, and I'm honored to have been taken on as her student. I hear my father saved her life sometime during his youth.

  • Deceased:
  • Agis - I sneak into their old room to stare at the stars sometimes. I've read through every starchart and book they kept in there. We weren't really close but... it's weird to think that they're gone. Even weirder that it was by their own choice.

  • Friend:
  • Zaltar - We share sensitive souls and a love of a good mystery. His work with a pen is inspiring, and his book "Laments" read genuine in understanding the turmoil of the elven heart. I'm looking forward to working with him to see Thelos restored.
