Kill a player character
Attacks an incapacitated character with the intent on finishing them
off. We require a separate command for this to ensure that all deaths
of player characters are intentional, rather than accidental. While
accidental deaths are realistic, we feel they aren't very compelling
from a narrative standpoint. You cannot finish off a character until
any characters defending them are similarly incapacitated.
Characters that are flagged as NPCs do not have this protection, and
may be killed via +attack in hilarious training accidents and the
like. This command uses the same switches as 'attack'.
